How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Cmlog Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Cmlog Heating & Air went
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Cmlog Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@cmlog.living and include:
- Your name and a good way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We reply by email to confirm we have your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
