Disclaimer and Safety Notice

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at cmlog.living. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Role Is Referral Only

Cmlog Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider and not Cmlog Heating & Air.

No Endorsement, No Promises About Results

Being connected to a provider does not mean we endorse it. We make no assurance about the quality, timing, price or outcome of a provider's work, or that a provider will be available to take your job in your area at a given moment. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

Just General Information

The pages here offer general information. They are not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Homes and systems differ, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any dollar figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they shift with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Comments about energy efficiency are general, and we do not promise any level of savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Stay Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get out of the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Cmlog Heating & Air when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy of the Site

We try to keep the information here correct and up to date. Still, we do not warrant that it is complete or that it contains no mistakes.
